We ship across India. International shipping may be available for select items—contact support for a quote.

2. Timelines

• Order Processing: 1–2 business days (stocked items)
• Transit Time (India): 2–7 business days (metro may be faster; remote areas may take longer)

3. Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS (where available).

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are shown at checkout. Heavy/oversized items may incur additional charges.

5. Address & Delivery Attempts

Ensure your address and pincode are accurate. Undeliverable or refused parcels may be returned; reshipment fees may apply.

6. Delays

Delays due to courier backlogs, weather, strikes, customs (for international), or unforeseen events are outside our control. We’ll assist but cannot guarantee delivery dates.

7. Damage & Shortage

Inspect the package on delivery. Report visible damage/shortage within 48 hours with photos/video for prompt resolution.

8. Risk of Loss

Risk passes upon delivery to your address or per applicable Incoterms for international shipments.
