Warranty Policy
Effective Date:
1. Overview
Most hardware products carry a manufacturer warranty. Where applicable, we support warranty claims as a facilitator between you and the OEM/authorized service center.
2. Store Warranty (Limited)
- 15-Day Limited Store Warranty for select items against manufacturing defects (not physical damage). Eligibility will be mentioned on the product page/invoice.
- Resolution: Repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
3. Exclusions
- Software licenses / digital keys (e.g., MikroTik RouterOS keys)
- Damage due to misuse, improper installation, power issues, liquid/physical damage
- Products altered, tampered, or with removed serial labels
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic issues
4. Warranty Claim Process
- Contact support with order ID, issue details, and photos/video.
- We’ll guide you to the OEM service center or arrange RMA as applicable.
- Ship the product (securely packed) to the address we provide. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
5. Turnaround Time
Turnaround depends on OEM/service center workload and parts availability. We’ll keep you updated.
6. Proof of Purchase
Original invoice is required for all warranty claims.
