Refund & Returns Policy
Effective Date:
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return Request Period: Within 7 days of delivery (for standard products)
- Condition: Item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards intact
- Proof of Purchase: A valid invoice or order confirmation is required
- Product Type: Certain products are non-returnable (see Section 4)
2. Return & Replacement Process
- Email support@arnavinfosystem.com with order ID, product details, and reason for return
- Wait for confirmation from our support team before shipping the item
- Pack securely to prevent damage in transit
- Send it to the return address provided by our team
Note: Unauthorized returns may be rejected.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Approval Time: 2–5 business days after receiving and inspecting the product
- Bank/Card Transfer Time: Additional 5–7 working days (varies by provider)
- Shipping charges, COD fees, and payment gateway fees are non-refundable
4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
- Software licenses, MikroTik keys, or digital products
- Special/custom orders
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications
- Items without original packaging or accessories
- Clearance or “Sale” items marked as Non-Returnable
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence
- We will verify and arrange a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability
6. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Returns due to change of mind, incorrect order, or no fault of Arnav Infosystem
